This is a strenuous hike to one of the most amazing habitats found in Manatee County
The Rosemary Bald stands at 110 feet in elevation.
To get there you must cross the south fork of the Little Manatee River, and there is no bridge.
Be prepared to walk about 8 miles - but the rewards are great!
Bring snack and lunch - and plenty of water.
Wear long pants and boots, we will be hiking through thorny bramble to get to the bald.
